Root Division’s 2022 Auction & Show

Black & White Projects is proud to be a gallery sponsor for Root Division’s annual auction, with an in-gallery exhibition, online bidding, and a hybrid auction event. Check out donated work by Susan R. Kershenbaum, Evie Leder, and BWP founder/director Rhiannon Evans MacFadyen.

This year’s event will host 160+ local artists, 20 gallery partners, and 60+ local businesses. Join us in-person for the festivities or to view the artwork in our SOMA gallery, or virtually to bid on your favorite pieces.

Proceeds from the Auction directly benefit local artists, provide free art classes for Bay Area youth, and ensure the continued success of Root Division’s unique model for keeping artists working at the heart of San Francisco.

#HonorNativeLand

We respectfully acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the Ramaytush Ohlone people, who have stewarded this land throughout the generations.
