The Art + Architecture Lecture Series brings artists, designers, architects, and curators together with students to discuss their current practices and undertakings. Each year, the course’s speakers are organized around a theme to consider the fruitful intersections between the programs represented within the department as a whole. This course broadens students’ horizons of intellectual, artistic, and career-oriented possibilities, with a specific focus on social justice and community engagement. This semester brings together six speakers who embody multi-level intersectionality, expanding beyond “discipline” to holistic intersectionality (experience, identity, practice).

Black Lives Matter
